2. Ordering & Payment

When you place an order or subscribe to one of our boxes, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

For subscription boxes, you will be billed according to the plan you select (monthly, quarterly, etc.). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship orders promptly, but delivery times may vary based on your location and product availability. Subscription boxes are shipped on a set schedule, and you will receive tracking information once your box is on its way.

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen delays can happen. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated every step of the way.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. For physical products, we accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

Subscription box purchases are generally non-refundable once shipped, as each box is curated specifically for that cycle. However, if there is a problem with your box, let us know and we will make it right.

5. Subscription Management

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.

We reserve the right to update subscription pricing or box contents with advance notice to active subscribers.
